Do you want to stay active and independent as you age but find time, motivation, or fear of injury gets in the way?
The Thrive Tribe is a private online community for women who want expert guidance, short easy-to-fit-in workouts, and a supportive space to stay strong for life.
Led by Chartered Physiotherapist Rhi Bowden, this membership is for women who are proactive about their health – but need movement that fits into real life.
